A new Netflix documentary, “Miracle: The Boys of ’80,” recounts the 1980 Olympic “Miracle on Ice” where the amateur U.S. hockey team defeated the favored Soviet squad, and it coincides with recent honors for the team, including Congressional Gold Medals awarded by President Trump in December 2025.
